CCTV Installation & Support

We look to make the long-term business relationship with our customers, this can only be achieved by the highest levels of system service and ongoing training of our customers staff involved in operating and managing the CCTV system, we put down the successes of HS Systems over the years in large part to our attitude to the serving standards we offer.

We provide 12 months parts and labour cover on all our installations. After this period, and for servicing new customers existing systems we can provide a call out service based on a hourly charge or:-

Maintenance Agreements

Securecare Maintenance agreement

The agreement will cover:-

6 monthly preventative maintenance visits to cover all equipment.
No limit on number of call outs.
No pay and claim back.

All CCTV call out charges in office hours.
No limit for time on site.
Training of the operators and site managers.

The agreement will not cover the cost of repairs or replacement of equipment.

Securecare Plus Maintenance agreement

The agreement will cover:-

6 monthly preventative maintenance visits to cover all equipment.
No limit on number of call outs.
No pay and claim back.
Training of the operators and site managers.

All CCTV call out charges in office hours.
No limit for time on site.
The cost of repairs or replacement of all equipment.
